Installing Bugzilla on Microsoft Windows

Installing Bugzilla on Microsoft Windows - no need to manually patch the source and compile. Updated: I've updated to 2.18RC2.

Yeah, a lot of help you were :-)

All working now, sendmail and everything. Very neat. In fact, it didn't work at all without sendmail.. not sure how I managed to get the SMTP server working but it does so there.
